From the night of November 15 to November 16: The area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang City, the eastern part of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa will have heavy to very heavy rain, rainfall of 60 - 120 mm, locally over 200 mm.

The area from Ha Tinh to Northern Quang Tri has moderate to heavy rain, rainfall 40-70 mm, locally over 150 mm.

In the West, provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak have rain, moderate rain, rainfall 20-40 mm, locally over 100 mm.
