Training on care and nurturing of children with disabilities

On the morning of April 15, in Ninh Hoa town, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Women's Union coordinated with the Provincial Association for the Protection of the Disabled, Poor Patients and Children's Rights to organize a training course to raise awareness, provide knowledge and skills for parents, caregivers and caregivers of children with disabilities in 2025. The training course was attended by 80 grassroots women's cadres, propagandists, parents and relatives who are caring for and nurturing children with disabilities in Ninh Hoa town.

At the training course, trainees were provided with knowledge about developmental disorders in children; the role of parents and caregivers in accompanying children; behavior management to help children control emotions and integrate better; learn about the application of scientific methods to help disabled children improve their health and spirit...

The training course was organized to raise community awareness of child mental health care, protection and care for children with disabilities and orphans; combat stigma and discrimination against people with disabilities. At the same time, it provided information on children's rights; improved knowledge and skills for parents and caregivers of children with disabilities and orphans.
