
The training course is part of the Tax Department's work program to enhance professional capacity, meet tax management requirements in the context of changing organizational models and towards the goal of focusing on serving taxpayers.
Head of the Policy Department Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang emphasized that the training course will focus on providing knowledge on value-added tax policy; corporate income tax; global minimum tax, invoices, documents; tax management policy for business activities on e-commerce platforms, digital platforms of households and individuals; land and land rent collection policy; Double taxation avoidance agreement.
In addition, trainees will be updated on relevant regulations and procedures, and exchange practical experiences in implementing tasks at the facility. The training course takes place over 3 days (from November 12-14).
Implementing the policy of the Tax Department, leaders of departments and professional units under the Tax Department and 34 provincial and municipal Tax Departments have created favorable conditions for civil servants to fully participate.
In the first topics and in the open atmosphere of the training course, the trainees were very enthusiastic and actively exchanged experiences as well as shared practical situations that arose.

Through direct interaction and exchange at professional training sessions, tax officials can frankly discuss their concerns and problems, thereby learning from experience and coming up with solutions to improve the effectiveness of professional task implementation to best support taxpayers.
The training course on tax policy and new land collection policy in the tax sector according to the new organizational model is a practical activity, contributing to improving professional skills for civil servants in the entire tax system, aiming at the goal of improving service efficiency, enhancing transparency and publicity, creating a favorable tax environment and promoting voluntary compliance of taxpayers, contributing to building a service-oriented administration, focusing on taxpayers and meeting the reform requirements of the tax sector in the new period.
