Following the staff of the Commune Farmers' Association, we visited the production model of Mr. and Mrs. Le Hong San's family - Lang Mai area. With the attention of the local government and the district Social Policy Bank, his family borrowed 100 million VND to invest in planting 6 hectares of raw materials and 4 hectares of fruit trees. Combined with raising fish, chickens, and wild boars, after deducting expenses, each year they earn 400-500 million VND, creating jobs for 4-5 local workers.

To prove that the lives of the people here are improving day by day, Mr. San poured a cup of tea and happily shared: "Our family has a stable life like today thanks to the encouragement, care and support of the local government and associations at all levels. Therefore, not only my family, but many other households in the area also have stable economic development, the lives of the people have changed significantly."

Tinh Nhue is a mountainous commune located in the south of Thanh Son district, bordering Hoa Binh province with a natural area of ​​nearly 1,300 hectares with over 47% of ethnic minorities living together. Although it is a mountainous commune still facing many difficulties, with the active participation of the entire political system; the efforts of businesses and people of all walks of life, the commune has been and is having new steps of development, the material and spiritual life of the people has been significantly improved.

With those natural conditions, in 2024, the budget revenue will be nearly 7.8 billion VND, the value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production will reach 57.1 billion VND, the average income will reach 42 million VND/person/year... The agricultural and forestry production sectors will develop stably; the fields of education and training, health care for the people will receive regular attention; labor, employment, poverty reduction, and implementation of social policies will be implemented synchronously, creating conditions for socio-economic development.

The above achievements are the result of the drastic participation of the Party Committee, the government and the entire political system and the consensus of the people. To continue to complete the socio-economic development goals for 2025, the most important thing is to focus on economic development and improving people's lives. Therefore, many social security policies for people with meritorious services, policy families, poor and near-poor households and social protection beneficiaries are implemented promptly. The commune coordinates with credit institutions and banks to improve lending procedures, promptly meeting the demand for loans to serve production, business and people's lives. Thereby, strengthening people's trust in the leadership of the Party and the executive role of governments at all levels.

Since the beginning of 2025, the People's Committee of the commune has directed sectors and residential areas to proactively implement the National Target Program on New Rural Development according to the assigned planning targets. Continue to direct the implementation of the commune's unmet new rural criteria to ensure the achievement of the set plan. Review the unmet criteria of residential areas to direct and organize the implementation. Up to now, the commune has achieved 12/19 criteria for new rural development. For new rural residential areas, the commune has achieved 3/8 new rural residential areas.

In infrastructure investment, in 2024, the commune completed the construction of Luong Son traffic road; built two new cultural houses in Luong Son and Sinh. Along with that, it continued to build construction items such as: Kindergarten; started construction of Tan Market, built new commune health station. Built rural traffic roads in Lang Mai and Sinh areas... Along with that, the construction progress of transitional projects was accelerated, and the works were soon handed over and put into use to promote socio-economic efficiency.

Not only making efforts to develop the economy, the cultural and social fields are also focused on by the commune with many positive changes. The work of building a learning society, encouraging talents and encouraging learning is regularly directed and directed. Currently, the commune has a Kindergarten that meets level 1 and level 2 standards, maintaining national standards for 3 Kindergartens, Primary Schools and Elite Secondary Schools...
