Tay Ninh stipulates criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province.
Accordingly, the Resolution stipulates the criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects to build urban areas with mixed-use functions, synchronous technical infrastructure systems, social infrastructure with housing according to the provisions of law on construction to build new or renovate and embellish urban areas; rural residential area projects in Tay Ninh province.
According to the Resolution, investment projects using land shall be subject to bidding for investor selection when fully meeting the following criteria: being consistent with the planning of Tay Ninh province, urban zoning planning, communal master planning, detailed planning of rural residential areas, and district-level land use planning approved by competent authorities; being consistent with the Housing Development Program, Urban Development Program (if any) approved by the Provincial People's Committee; having a land use area of 20 hectares or more for urban areas or 5 hectares or more for rural residential areas and not falling under the case of auctioning land use rights as prescribed in Article 125 of the 2024 Land Law.
The Provincial People's Council also assigned the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of this Resolution; assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council committees, the Delegation Groups and the Provincial People's Council delegates to supervise the implementation of the Resolution.
