Provincial Youth Union officials guide union members to log in to the "Vietnamese Youth" application.

Do Van Quang, a 10A1 student at Quynh Coi High School (Quynh Phu), was happy when he was admitted to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and was instructed to install the "Vietnamese Youth" application on his mobile phone.

Quang said: After being instructed, I found the use of the "Vietnamese Youth" application very easy and convenient, the content is easy to understand, and the operation is simple. Using the application helps us quickly access information and learning content of the union, especially without having to worry about losing information like when using traditional union member handbooks.

Mr. Tran Van Huong, Secretary of the Youth Union of Quynh Coi High School, said: Previously, managing union members using traditional notebooks was very difficult and time-consuming, especially in evaluating, classifying, and transferring union activities... In 2022, under the direction of the Provincial and District Youth Unions, the School's Youth Union deployed union member management software, using the application "Vietnamese Youth". Since then, the school's union work has become much more convenient. The union member management software with 12 main operations is very clear, in addition to integrating a number of auxiliary features to increase interaction between union organizations such as internal chat, directive documents, and meeting invitations. Up to now, 100% of the school's union members have installed and used the application "Vietnamese Youth".

Mr. Pham Hung, Head of the Youth Union Building Department, Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union said: Right from the implementation of the software for managing union members on the "Vietnamese Youth" application, the Provincial Youth Union organized training for 513 grassroots union secretaries and grassroots union branches throughout the province in many forms such as direct and online training via zoom, zalo applications... To use the software, each level of the union will be directly created by the superior union and given an account to access and perform union member work tasks under its authority.

The Provincial Youth Union also issued a set of guidance documents to facilitate monitoring by units; at the same time, it added notes and some arising situations, and solutions during the process of using the software for units to monitor. The Provincial Youth Union assigned specialists in charge of monitoring the software deployment of the units, to review the implementation, guide union members and youth (YU) to log in to the application, and the Youth Union branch secretaries to perform management tasks.

  The propaganda work on software has been of interest to all levels of the Youth Union, focusing on widespread implementation, with focus and key points in many diverse and rich forms, maintained regularly. The propaganda is carried out continuously through the website, Facebook, fanpage of the Youth Union and Association; integrating instructions for young union members to log in to the application "Vietnamese Youth" through the activities of the Youth Union branches.

Mr. Pham Hung added: The Provincial Youth Union has set up a hotline, built a zalo group that connects the province to the grassroots, promptly receives error reports to find solutions and notify the grassroots about changes and software implementation steps.

Along with the Youth Union member management software on the "Vietnamese Youth" application, Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union has implemented many activities to promote the digital transformation process; improve the skills of applying technology to the activities of the Union, and mobilize young union members to pioneer digital transformation. With the strong direction of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, the high determination of the Youth Union chapters at all levels and the response of a large number of young union members, the application of the software has achieved outstanding results.

In 2023, the whole province proposed more than 5,100 ideas, initiatives and innovations of young union members; more than 76,000 young union members accessed and used the "Vietnamese Youth" application, ensuring that 100% of grassroots union organizations were provided with accounts; more than 60,000 young union members participated in studying the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress on the application; more than 16,000 new young union members learned theoretical lessons on the application; 100% of grassroots unions, grassroots union branches, union branches and union members were assessed and classified on schedule; 100% of grassroots unions in the whole province achieved "3 proactive grassroots unions".
