Thai Thuy: Training and fostering to improve professional skills in culture and sports

On the afternoon of May 28, at the Thai Thuy District Culture and Sports Center, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism concluded a training course to improve professional skills for the management board of cultural houses, sports areas, and core teams, groups, and grassroots cultural and artistic and sports clubs in 2025.

Trainees receive certificates of completion of the training program.

From May 26 to 28, 140 students in the district were informed of model regulations on organization, operation and criteria of cultural houses, village sports areas, and residential groups; Party guidelines, State policies and laws on physical education and sports; methods of developing plans, regulations, management, and organization of sports competitions, and activities of grassroots sports clubs... In addition, students were introduced to some traditional art forms; staged performances, practiced Cheo singing and dancing skills, Van singing and dancing, and new singing and dancing skills; practiced folk dance, pickleball, and volleyball...

Trainees performed a singing and dancing performance at the closing ceremony.

Through the training program, trainees will become core members contributing to the development of cultural and sports movements at the grassroots level; promoting the effectiveness and functionality of the cultural house system - sports areas in villages and residential groups so that these places can truly become places for political activities, organizing activities to meet the people's cultural and spiritual needs.
