After 75 years of establishment and development (1950-2025), the Vietnam Journalists Association has affirmed its role and position in journalism in particular and society in general.
On the occasion of the Association's Traditional Day (April 21), journalists visited the National Historical Site of Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School in Dai Tu District (Thai Nguyen) - the "red address" of Vietnam's revolutionary press, a place to remind andeducate generations of journalists about their roots.
During the resistance war against France, Thai Nguyen was chosen by the Party Central Committee and Uncle Ho as a Safe Zone (ATK) with the center of the resistance capital being Dinh Hoa district.
It was at that time that the Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School was born, founded, named and directed by President Ho Chi Minh to organize and implement it.
This was the first journalism training facility of the Vietnamese revolutionary press and also the only training facility during the resistance war against French colonialism./.
