Human resources have been trained and practiced proficiently at Hai Phong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital.

The working group of the Ministry of Health assessed the material conditions at the Reproductive Support Center, Lao Cai Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

Through the appraisal of the dossier and actual conditions at the Reproductive Support Center, Lao Cai Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital, the working group assessed that the center basically met the conditions for operation; at the same time, made a number of recommendations for Lao Cai Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital to supplement and complete, so that the appraisal team could synthesize the results, prepare a report for the Ministry of Health to consider and make a decision.
