On April 16, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a conference to review the first quarter's work and deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2025. Attending the conference were comrades: Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Bat Khanh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

In the first quarter, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels did a good job of grasping the people's situation; proactively coordinated with member organizations to promote propaganda for cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life to actively participate in building a strong Party and government; effectively carried out patriotic emulation campaigns and movements; propagated and mobilized people to agree on the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's apparatus in the province; together with the Party Committees and authorities, did a good job of taking care of Tet for the poor, people with revolutionary contributions, and people in difficult circumstances; advised the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses to organize the launching ceremony of the Program "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Hung Yen province in 2025"; strengthened people's foreign affairs activities, social supervision and criticism...

The key task in the second quarter is that the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee continues to coordinate with member organizations to propagate to union members, members, and people of all walks of life to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the province's policies and laws; propagate the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's apparatus, the arrangement of administrative units; the goals and tasks of socio -economic development in 2025 of the country and the province. Coordinate to organize meetings to meet voters; synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and people before and after the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels, term 2021 - 2026. Coordinate to organize training, propaganda, and dissemination of the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level. At the conference, delegates raised difficulties, obstacles and proposed solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Front's work, focusing on propaganda and mobilizing people to facilitate site clearance for projects and administrative unit arrangement...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: The second quarter and the last months of the year have many important tasks, many of which are related to the responsibilities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels. Therefore, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and localities proactively grasp the situation of the people to promptly reflect and advise the province to promptly resolve arising issues right at the grassroots level. Coordinate with relevant agencies to advise on the development of a project to arrange and streamline the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, mass organizations assigned by the Party and State. Prepare well the conditions, actively and proactively participate in the process of arranging administrative units at the provincial and communal levels and the process of preparing and organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Mobilize the people to actively participate in giving opinions on amending the Constitution, draft laws, and documents submitted to party congresses at all levels according to the direction and guidance of the Central Committee and Party committees at all levels. Coordinate well in organizing meetings between voters and National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels; fully and promptly synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and people sent to competent agencies and monitor and supervise their settlement.
