Ensure medical services for the procession and enshrinement of Buddha's relics

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee of Hung Yen city, the City Medical Center has developed and implemented a Plan to ensure medical work to serve the occasion of the procession and enshrinement of Buddha's relics in Hung Yen city taking place from May 28 to May 29, 2025.

Accordingly, the Medical Center coordinates with the City Culture and Broadcasting Center to promote propaganda on disease prevention, heatstroke, heatstroke and food safety; strengthen epidemiological surveillance to promptly detect and handle outbreaks if they arise; inspect food production and business establishments, especially restaurants serving pilgrims.

Right at the ceremony site, the City Medical Center will arrange first aid and emergency points with full equipment, medicine and medical staff on duty 24/7. The Center also proposed that the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Health support additional ambulances and provide professional guidance when necessary, closely coordinate with related units, and ensure that the important spiritual event takes place safely, solemnly and effectively.
