Thanh Hoa: Submitting to the Ministry-level specialized council to consider awarding the title of "Meritorious Artisan" to 27 individuals

According to the announcement of the results of the 4th awarding of the titles "People's Artisan" and "Meritorious Artisan" in the field of intangible cultural heritage, Thanh Hoa province, there are 27 individuals proposed by the Ministry-level specialized council to award the title "Meritorious Artisan".

Previously, the Council for considering and awarding the titles of "People's Artisan" and "Excellent Artisan" in the field of intangible cultural heritage for the 4th time in Thanh Hoa province (hereinafter referred to as the Council) received 74 applications for consideration and award from 19 districts, towns and cities in the province.

After implementing the awarding steps in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed in Decree No. 93/2023/ND-CP dated December 25, 2023 of the Government , the Council announced that the 2 applications for the title of "People's Artisan" in the field of intangible cultural heritage this time did not meet the conditions and standards for the awarding proposal.

The Council agreed to present and propose to the Ministry-level specialized council to consider awarding the title of "Meritorious Artisan" to 27 individuals, including:

At the same time, based on the comments of the residential community of the individuals with application files for award; the results of the Council meeting and the opinions of relevant departments, branches and sectors, the Council agreed not to propose the Ministry-level specialized Council to consider awarding the title of "Meritorious Artisan" to 44 individuals.

In addition, there is 1 individual who requested to withdraw the application for the title of "Meritorious Artisan" which was approved by the Council.
