Establish 15 inspection teams for high school graduation exam preparation

According to the plan, regarding the exam preparation work, the Ministry of Education and Training will inspect the direction and preparation of the exam by the Department of Education and Training, the Examination Council; and the preparation of printing and copying exam papers. The direct inspection time is expected to be from 1 to 2 days/Department of Education and Training, the Examination Council, during the period from June 10 to 23.

At the same time, the provincial People's Committee and the Department of Education and Training will inspect the exam preparation work at the exam sites and the areas where exam papers are printed. The number, composition of the delegation, time, content, and subjects of the inspection will be advised and decided by the Department of Education and Training Inspectorate. The Ministry of Education and Training has issued a Plan on organizing the inspection and examination of the 2025 high school graduation exam.

The purpose of inspection and examination activities is to promptly grasp the situation of exam organization; ensure that the exam takes place safely, seriously, objectively, in accordance with regulations and related documents.

Promote positive factors; contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management activities; protect the interests of the State, the rights and legitimate interests of agencies, organizations and individuals related to the exam.

Prevent, detect and handle violations and help agencies, organizations and individuals comply with legal regulations.

Detect limitations and inadequacies in regulations related to exams to recommend solutions and remedial measures to competent state agencies.

Regarding exam supervision and grading, the Ministry of Education and Training established 63 inspection teams to directly conduct inspections at 63 Departments of Education and Training. Inspection times are according to the prescribed schedule. To review exam papers, the Ministry of Education and Training established 5 inspection teams at 10 Departments of Education and Training.

The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Inspectorate of the Department of Education and Training prepare forces to establish inspection teams and conduct surprise inspections when there are signs of violations, according to feedback or according to the direction of leaders; prepare for situations of natural disasters, epidemics or other force majeure situations.
