Accordingly, the Head of the Steering Committee for the Exhibition of Socio -Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day decided to establish the Organizing Committee for the "Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)", including:
1. Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Head of the Organizing Committee.
2. Comrade Ta Quang Dong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee.
3. Comrade Dinh Thi Mai, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission - Deputy Head of the Commission.
4. Comrade Vo Thanh Hung, Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office - Deputy Head of the Committee.
5. Comrade Vu Minh Tuan, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office - Deputy Head of the Committee.
6. Comrade Vu Thu Ha, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee - Deputy Head of the Committee.
7. Comrade Dao Duy Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Education and Culture, Government Office - Deputy Head of the Committee.
8. The members are leaders of ministries, departments, branches, localities and Vingroup Corporation.
Based on the actual situation and considering the requirements and nature of the work, the Head of the Organizing Committee shall consider and decide on the addition and adjustment of members who are leaders of a number of relevant agencies and units.
Urgently prepare for the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day
The Organizing Committee is an interdisciplinary coordination organization, whose function is to assist the Steering Committee in implementing the Exhibition according to the approved Project.
The Organizing Committee is responsible for advising, proposing, and developing a Plan to implement specific tasks for the Steering Committee to approve; preparing content and conditions for organizing the Exhibition.
The Organizing Committee directly directs relevant units to closely coordinate in organizing the Exhibition. Report to the Steering Committee on progress, results as well as difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process to have a plan.
The Organizing Committee works part-time, promotes personal responsibility, and performs tasks assigned by the Head of the Organizing Committee. The Exhibition Organizing Committee uses the seal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in performing its duties.
Assisting the Exhibition Organizing Committee are the following Subcommittees: Content Subcommittee; Propaganda Subcommittee; Finance Subcommittee; Foreign Affairs Subcommittee; Celebration Subcommittee; Reception, Logistics and Facilities Subcommittee; Security, Order and Health Subcommittee and the Standing Department. The list of personnel and specific tasks of the Subcommittees are decided by the Head of the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee will dissolve itself after completing its tasks.
