Establishment of Gio Linh Industrial Cluster with investment capital of 293,415 billion VND

Acting Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong has just signed a decision to establish Gio Linh Industrial Cluster.

According to the decision, Gio Linh Industrial Cluster is located in Gio Linh town, Gio Linh district with an area of ​​24.3 hectares, including 24.1 hectares of land planned for the industrial cluster and 0.2 hectares of land serving traffic connection between the industrial cluster and external traffic routes.

The main business lines are multi-industry clusters such as mechanical engineering; electricity, electronics; processing of agricultural, forestry and aquatic products; assembling backup generator systems, solar energy equipment; factories producing children's toys, sports equipment; construction materials; food processing; production of medicine, pharmaceutical chemicals, medicinal materials... and other industrial sectors with high technology, clean, low energy consumption, bringing high added value, sustainable development.

The scale of investment in synchronous construction of the industrial cluster infrastructure system includes the traffic system, water supply and drainage system, power supply system, communication system, fire prevention and other utility services according to the detailed construction plan approved by the competent authority. The total estimated investment capital is 293,415 billion VND, Quang Tri Green Industrial Infrastructure Company Limited is the construction investor. The progress of the technical infrastructure construction investment project is from 2025 to 2028. The operating period is 50 years from the date the industrial cluster is decided to be established.
