In recent times, the Department of Planning and Investment has implemented many solutions to accompany and support small and medium enterprises (SMEs), improving the investment and business environment in the area. The establishment of the Working Group will be the foundation for accompanying and supporting SMEs.

Accordingly, the Working Group will directly advise the Department's leaders to implement the contents of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the province within the scope of functions, tasks and powers of the Department of Planning and Investment; the support contents stipulated in the Law on Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises, Decree No. 80 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises. Carry out the task of guiding and supporting enterprises in carrying out administrative procedures on business registration in the online environment according to the provisions of the Law on Enterprises 2020, Decree 01 of the Government on business registration.

The Working Group is headed by Mr. Phan Quoc Son, Deputy Director of the Department. The principles and methods of operation of the Working Group will be to use the satisfaction of enterprises and individuals as a measure of the quality and effectiveness of the service of the Working Group members. Implement the rules of communication and conduct according to regulations, always smile, show a friendly and polite attitude in communication; do not incur costs for performing administrative procedures for enterprises and individuals other than those prescribed by law. The content of the instructions must be accurate, complete, and specific according to the legal documents currently in effect.
