The An Giang Provincial Youth and Children Activities and Youth Entrepreneurship Center under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Giang Province was established on the basis of merging 6 affiliated public service units, including: An Giang Children's House, Kien Giang Children's House, Kien Giang Youth and Children Activities Center, An Giang Youth and Children Activities Center, Kien Giang Youth Vocational Education Center and An Giang Provincial Youth Entrepreneurship Support Center.
The Center has the function and task of organizing cultural, artistic, physical education, sports, skills education , and traditional education activities for youth; developing and implementing youth activity programs in the whole province; organizing consultation, training, fostering vocational skills, entrepreneurship and supporting youth entrepreneurship; coordinating with relevant departments, branches and units in vocational training, connecting resources to support youth entrepreneurship; performing other tasks assigned by the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Youth Union in accordance with the functions and tasks of the unit.
The Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Youth Union decided to assign Deputy Secretary of An Giang Provincial Youth Union Du Pham Huu Khuyen to concurrently hold the position of Director of the Center for Youth Activities, Children and Youth Entrepreneurship of An Giang province.
