NDO - On the afternoon of February 27, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City held a conference to summarize the patriotic emulation movement and reward work in 2024; Announce the rankings of the administrative reform index (PAR INDEX), digital transformation index (DTI) and the competitiveness assessment index of departments, branches and localities (DDIC) in 2024.
Regarding the administrative reform index (PAR INDEX), the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee awarded 18 units. Of which, the district block, Binh Tan District People's Committee continued to hold the number 1 position for the 4th consecutive year.
The next positions are People's Committees of Phu Nhuan District, District 6, District 8, District 11, Go Vap District, Tan Phu District.
In the sector of departments and agencies, the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) continues to be the leading unit.
Next are the Department of Tourism, Department of Information and Communications, Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Education and Training, Department of Health, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Food Safety. Thus, HEPZA has led the administrative reform index in this sector for two consecutive years.
In the vertical sector, Ho Chi Minh City Police holds the number 1 position, followed by the City State Treasury.

Regarding the Digital Transformation Index (DTI), Ho Chi Minh City rewarded 18 units. Accordingly, the group of public service providers, the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) continued to hold the No. 1 position.
Next in order are the Department of Information and Communications, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Transport, Department of Health and Department of Education and Training.
In the group of units that do not provide public services, the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee is at the top, followed by the Ho Chi Minh City Office's Ethnic Minorities Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate.
In the vertical industry group, Ho Chi Minh City Police ranked first, followed by Ho Chi Minh City State Treasury.
Regarding the Department and Local Competitiveness Index (DDCI), the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee awarded 16 units. Among them, in the department sector, the Department of Science and Technology holds the number 1 position.
