Phu Ly City honors excellent teachers and students in the 2024 - 2025 school year

In the 2024-2025 school year, the qualityof education in the city continues to improve. Attention is paid to the work of discovering, selecting and nurturing gifted students. The results of the city-level exam and test to select gifted students in grades 6, 7, 8, and 9 showed that 569/841 students won prizes, including 15 first prizes, 122 second prizes, 200 third prizes, and 232 consolation prizes. In the provincial exam to select gifted students in grade 9, Phu Ly city had 53/72 students winning prizes (73.6%), ranking first in the province in terms of the percentage of students winning prizes.

Regarding the results of the Excellent Student Competition in high school sports, the city level had 146 students winning prizes; the provincial level had 25 students winning prizes. Regarding the overall group prize, the city ranked 2nd, maintaining its ranking compared to the previous school year. The Science and Technology Competition for high school students at the city level had 13/22 projects winning prizes; the provincial level had 2/3 projects winning prizes, including 1 second prize and 1 third prize. Other competitions and intellectual playgrounds also achieved many positive results.

Representatives of the Department of Education and Training and business representatives presented gifts to encourage teachers with excellent achievements.

Regarding the results of the provincial and city-level excellent teacher competition, 34/35 teachers participating in the competition achieved the title of Excellent Teacher, of which 4 teachers with excellent achievements were awarded certificates of merit by the Director of the Department of Education and Training.

City Association for Promotion of Education gives gifts to students.

At the conference, 7 groups, 60 teachers and 63 students with excellent achievements in exams and competitions were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of Phu Ly City People's Committee. On this occasion, the City's Association for Promoting Education awarded 16 students with excellent achievements in provincial and city-level exams; Hoang Hiep Construction Company awarded scholarships to 20 students with difficult circumstances who are good and studious in the 2024-2025 school year. The City Department of Education and Training presented a letter of thanks to the sponsors who supported the city's 2025 Talent Development Fund.
