Statistics on worldometers.info on the morning of January 30 show that there are currently 646,945,989 COVID-19 cases worldwide that have been declared cured (accounting for 99% of the total number of cases). Of the 21,109,222 cases currently being treated, 21,066,979 are mild (accounting for 99.8%) and the remaining 42,243 cases (accounting for 0.2%) are in serious condition.

In terms of regional scale, the latest data on worldometers.info shows that the total number of COVID-19 infections in Europe is 244,696,292 cases, including 2,004,882 deaths and 240,300,578 cured cases. In the past 24 hours, Europe ranked second in the world in the number of new COVID-19 cases, with 11,815 cases.

In North America, the total number of COVID-19 infections as of the morning of January 30 was 123,238,967 cases, including 1,595,736 deaths. In the past 24 hours, North America ranked third in the world in terms of new infections, with 2,058 cases. Currently, the US is still the country most heavily affected by the epidemic in the region and in the world, with a total of 104,113,797 infections and 1,132,256 deaths due to COVID-19 at the present time.

Meanwhile, in South America, in the past 24 hours, the region has had 1,638 more COVID-19 infections. Up to now, the region has had a total of 67,678,975 infections and 1,346,895 deaths due to COVID-19.

According to statistics on worldometers.info, the total number of COVID-19 infections in Asia is currently 212,549,941 cases, with 1,527,910 deaths and 197,009,684 cured cases. In the past 24 hours, Asia leads the world in the number of new infections, with 95,688 cases.

As of the morning of January 30, the total number of COVID-19 infections and deaths in Africa was 12,771,801 and 258,487, respectively.
