Young generation spreads national pride

During the bustling days of April, every Vietnamese person seems to be immersed in the sacred pride of the nation. Many young people have made short video clips telling historical stories about April 30 in a vivid, easy-to-understand graphic style; designed photo filters with images of the red flag with a yellow star and a map of Vietnam; re-sing revolutionary songs in a traditional style or with modern arrangements or simply change their profile pictures and cover photos on their personal pages to images of the Fatherland's symbols, along with status lines expressing pride...

Nguyen Thi Nha Phuong (Long Xuyen City) shared: “Hanging the national flag to celebrate the country’s big holiday is the pride of young people with the country’s important event. This is also a way to express patriotism and spread that love to everyone. Walking on the streets and seeing the bright red color of the national flag, the feeling is indescribable, the joy and national pride seem to be surging, flowing in the heart”.

Nguyen Minh Tan, a student at An Giang University, shared: “Under the fluttering flag, I really feel very proud of my country, of the glorious history of the nation. Taking photos with the national flag and sharing them on social networks is not only to preserve the moment, but also a way for us to spread the holiday atmosphere, to express our love for our homeland to our friends.”

With the spirit of “Wherever there is a need, there is a youth, wherever there is a difficulty, there is a youth”, the youth of An Giang in particular and the whole country in general have implemented meaningful youth projects and tasks in all areas of social life. From street corners to hamlets, villages, remote areas... everywhere there are projects bearing the mark of youth to demonstrate patriotism and national pride that are always a strong flow in the hearts of the young generation of Vietnam.
