According to the announcement on May 6 of HOSE, Vinpearl Joint Stock Company will officially trade more than 1.79 billion shares with the code VPL on May 13 with the reference price on the first trading day being VND71,300/share. The fluctuation range on the first session is +/- 20% compared to the reference price. The enterprise is a member of the ecosystem of Vingroup Corporation of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, headquartered on Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

With this stock valuation, Vinpearl's estimated market capitalization is nearly VND130,000 billion, equivalent to about USD5 billion. Vinpearl owns 48 facilities currently present in 18 provinces and cities nationwide, including 31 hotels and resorts with a capacity of over 16,100 rooms, 4 theme parks, 5 entertainment areas, 1 semi-wild animal conservation and care park, 1 water park, 1 horse academy, 4 golf courses, and 1 culinary convention center.
Currently, Vingroup is the largest shareholder of Vinpearl, owning 1.5 billion VPL shares, equivalent to 85.5% of charter capital. According to the provisional valuation at the time of listing, the value of the shares owned by Vingroup is up to nearly 110,000 billion VND.
In February, Vinpearl successfully raised more than VND5,000 billion from the issuance of more than 70 million shares to 105 investors at VND71,350, thereby increasing its charter capital to VND17,933 billion as of now.
Recently, Vinpearl announced its business results for the first quarter of 2025 with net revenue of VND 2,971 billion, up 76.6% over the same period last year. Of which, revenue from the company's core business activities, including hotel services, tourism , entertainment and related services, reached VND 2,437 billion, up 45% and revenue from real estate activities was VND 535 billion. The company's after-tax profit in the first quarter of this year reached VND 90 billion. In 2025, Vinpearl aims to have net revenue of about VND 14,000 billion and after-tax profit of VND 1,700 billion.
