Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, the investor of Gia Loc Industrial Park, said that the unit will construct the infrastructure of phase II of the industrial park in 4 months, starting from June 2, and is expected to be completed on October 4.
Items include: roads; water supply; rainwater drainage; wastewater drainage; electricity and lighting, communications, water tanks for fire prevention and fighting, etc.
The construction aims to synchronize the infrastructure system and put the entire industrial park into operation.
Gia Loc Industrial Park is 197.94 hectares wide, including over 23 hectares of Hoang Dieu Industrial Cluster (planned within the industrial park); the area requiring site clearance is 174.24 hectares.
The project is divided into 2 phases, phase 1 requires site clearance of over 98.8 hectares. To date, it has been completed and attracted 3 investment projects including 1 DDI project, 2 FDI projects, equivalent to 20 million USD and 450 billion VND.
