Fast construction, Nguyen Trai street opens to traffic 1 day early

The construction of the Nguyen Trai road surface was completed 1 day early due to clear and favorable weather.

Vehicles have been circulating in both directions on Nguyen Trai Street since September 15.

On the afternoon of September 15, Mr. Nguyen Ba Trang, Director of the Executive Board of Package No. 15 - construction of approach bridges, access roads and intersections (Nguyen Trai Bridge Construction Investment Project and Urban Renovating the surrounding area) informed that on September 13 and 14, the weather was clear and favorable for construction, so the contractor mobilized more equipment and human resources, focused on working day and night, quickly completing the first layer of pavement 1 day earlier than originally scheduled.

Since the morning of September 15, vehicles have been traveling in both directions on Nguyen Trai Street, contributing to reducing traffic congestion here.

Previously, construction units requested that vehicles be allowed to circulate until September 16.

After the first layer is laid, the unit will speed up the construction of sidewalk and underground system renovation. When the sidewalk renovation is completed, the second and third layers of asphalt will be constructed and the painting system, road markings, and traffic islands on the route will be completed to ensure uniformity.
