According to the Ministry of Construction , there are 15 projects in the list of projects that are subject to the contract bonus regime under Decree 15 of the Government on piloting contract bonuses for construction and installation packages of transport projects in the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program.

In this list, there are expressway projects such as: the North-South Eastern Expressway phase 2021 - 2025; Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway phase 1; Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway phase 1; Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Expressway phase 1; Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway phase 1, Dai Ngai Bridge on National Highway 60...

Also according to the Ministry of Construction, after the Prime Minister launched the movement "500 days and nights of competition to complete 3,000km of expressway", investors and contractors have promoted the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", "3 shifts, 4 teams". As a result, many expressway construction projects have finished 3-6 months ahead of schedule, such as: the North-South expressway project, sections: Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Bung - Van Ninh, Van Phong - Nha Trang...
