Specifically, in Decision No. 940/QD-TTg dated September 9, 2024, the Prime Minister disciplined Mr. Le Thanh Dung, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for the 2011 - 2016 term, in the form of a Warning due to violations and shortcomings in his work, and the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee disciplined him on the Party, the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1180-QD/TU dated April 8, 2024 of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee.
In Decision No. 941/QD-TTg dated September 9, 2024, the Prime Minister disciplined Mr. Le Tuan Quoc, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for the 2016 - 2021 term, by reprimand for his violations and shortcomings in his work, and the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee disciplined him with the Party. The disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1178-QD/TU dated April 8, 2024 of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee.
The above Decisions take effect from September 9, 2024.
