Taking place from August 3 to 6 at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and Opera House (China), the final round of the TSP – Shanghai International Arts Festival 2025 brings together the participation of thousands of outstanding artistic talents from many countries.
The event was organized by the Center for Domestic and International Exchange under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, with the participation of hundreds of prestigious judges from the world's leading conservatories, academies and art organizations.
In the final round, the Vietnamese delegation participated in many categories, from piano, traditional musical instruments to vocal music, bringing vibrant cultural colors and a strong spirit of integration. In particular, talented contestant Duong Duc Hai excelled and became the only Vietnamese contestant to win the Gold Prize in the vocal music category, surpassing hundreds of international singers.

Not only stopping at the award, Duong Duc Hai was also selected by the Organizing Committee to perform in the program with the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra at the nearly 3,000-seat Shanghai Oriental Theater - a special honor reserved for only a few of the Festival's most outstanding artists.
At the show, Duong Duc Hai performed the song “Ben Thuong Hai” in Chinese with emotion and precision, despite only having 3 days of practice with the orchestra before the performance. The performance received a warm welcome from the audience and direct praise from leading Chinese professors and conductors.

Previously, in June 2025, Duong Duc Hai "conquered" two First Prizes (amateur and professional categories) in the vocal category at the Crescendo International Music Festival & Competition 2025 held in Hanoi , with the participation of more than 800 young talents from all over the country and contestants from many countries such as Austria, France, Korea, Malaysia, Brunei...
The TSP - Shanghai International Arts Festival is not only a competition, but also a bridge for international cultural and artistic exchange. The fact that young Vietnamese artists have left their mark at this year's event not only affirms their individual talents but also contributes to promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam to the world.
The event ended with many opportunities for cooperation, art scholarships and performance invitations for young talents, opening up new prospects for the generation of Vietnamese artists on the path of international integration and development.
