Volunteering at will

Báo Thanh niênBáo Thanh niên21/10/2024

Born in 1990, still quite young, Huy has experienced many jobs, from acting in comedies to doing business, opening a restaurant... In recent years, when his business has been stable, he has donated a portion of his profits to charity.

Mr. Huy personally prepared meals for patients' families at K Hospital - Tan Trieu facility.

He shared that because he had been to many places, he saw that there were still many difficult circumstances that needed help from the community, so he established the Volunteer Group. He called on friends to join hands in long-term volunteer projects. Friends "volunteered" to contribute, those who had money contributed, those who did not have money contributed their efforts. But if you do something, you must do it "sincerely" and "with heart".

Bring necessities to the people

Every Thursday, the Volunteer Group brings 200 meals to patients (and their relatives) being treated at K Hospital - Tan Trieu facility. The recent storm Yagi caused serious consequences for many provinces in the North. Rain, flash floods, floods... have severely affected people. The Volunteer Group has not been afraid of difficulties and hardships to bring essential goods directly to the flood victims in Yen Bai , Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, My Duc, Chuong My - Hanoi.

Deliver goods to the people

The activities of Mr. Huy and his group have spread love and shared with the community so that more and more people, especially young people in Ha Dong, can participate in volunteer activities without asking for honor or compensation.
