1. Personnel no longer in charge of work:

• Position: Deputy Director - JETPAY Joint Stock Company
• Officially no longer working at MISA Joint Stock Company from 5:30 p.m. on February 12, 2025
All transactions between customers and partners with Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hieu on behalf of the Company
MISA and JETPAY Joint Stock Company shares from the above time will be invalid.

2. New personnel taking over the management of the MISA Lending project and JETPAY Joint Stock Company:
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoan
• Position: Financial Director - MISA Joint Stock Company
• Reception time: From February 13, 2025
