Notice on changing the operating hours of the Social Insurance agency according to the new organizational structure

The provincial Social Insurance (SSI) has just announced a change in the operating time of the social insurance agency according to the new organizational structure. According to the decisions of the Ministry of Finance and Vietnam Social Insurance, Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance belongs to the Social Insurance Region XXIV (including Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen provinces), with its headquarters located in Khanh Hoa province and will operate under the new model from April 1, 2025.

However, on March 19, 2025, Vietnam Social Security issued Official Letter No. 115 on the implementation of the organization according to the new organizational structure of Vietnam Social Security. Accordingly, to ensure facilities, technical infrastructure, information technology, business processes and expected personnel arrangements from Social Security of provinces and centrally-run cities to regional Social Security to avoid interruptions and discontinuities in the implementation of tasks, 25/35 regional Social Security, including Regional Social Security XXIV (Khanh Hoa - Phu Yen ) will operate under the new organization from June 1, 2025 (or when there are other regulations).

Therefore, during this time, the provincial Social Insurance and Social Insurance of districts, towns and cities in the province will continue to organize activities according to the current model.

The provincial Social Insurance Department hereby notifies departments, branches, organizations, businesses, medical facilities and people to facilitate coordination and contact for work.
