More than 50 booths of businesses and pho culinary brands across the three regions of the North, Central and South will participate in performances and promote their images and brands within the framework of the 2025 Pho Festival, taking place from April 18-20, at Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Hanoi.
With the theme "The Quintessence of Vietnamese Pho - Heritage in the Digital Age," the opening ceremony is scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. on April 18 with about 150 delegates and guests.
The program is expected to be a bridge to honor and connect businesses, craft villages, and brands to promote cuisine to the people of the capital, domestic tourists , and international friends./.
