On November 17, 2025 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations solemnly held the 75th Anniversary of the Traditional Day, received the First Class Labor Medal and the Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2025 - 2030. On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (November 17, 1950 - November 17, 2025), on behalf of the Party Committee and leaders of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, I would like to express my sincere thanks and best wishes to the members of the Standing Committee, members of the Presidium, leaders of member organizations at the central and local levels, and all comrades who have been and are directly involved in people's foreign affairs in the system of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations.

Over the past 75 years under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh and our Party, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations has continuously grown, affirming its core role in people's foreign affairs, serving as a bridge connecting the Vietnamese people with international friends for peace , solidarity, friendship and cooperation for development; making practical contributions to the cause of protecting, building and developing the country, and international integration for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to generations of leaders and cadres working in people's foreign affairs in the entire system of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations at the central and local levels, who have always made efforts and important contributions to the people's foreign affairs work of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations.
