The Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.

(Chinhphu.vn) - On November 4, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 2435/QD-TTg on receiving and appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.

The Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.

Specifically, the Prime Minister decided to receive and appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court , to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.

Decision No. 2435/QD-TTg takes effect from the date of signing (November 4, 2025).

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan was born in 1975, from Ninh Binh province. He is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Doctor of Law.

Before being appointed as Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan held many positions such as: Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command (Ministry of Public Security), Director of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police, Deputy Secretary and then Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee (now Hue City).

In July 2021, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan was mobilized and appointed by the Politburo to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee. He was then approved by the National Assembly to be appointed as a Judge of the Supreme People's Court.

In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.
