The Prime Minister appoints and reappoints leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and Vietnam Television.

(Chinhphu.vn) - On November 4, 2025, the Prime Minister issued decisions to appoint and reappoint leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and Vietnam Television.

Specifically, in Decision No. 2436/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Le Duc Thai, member of the Party Central Committee and Commander of the Border Guard, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense .

In Decision No. 2432/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Nguyen Anh Ngoc, Head of Logistics and Engineering of Military Region 2, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 2.

In Decision No. 2438/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister reappointed Mr. Do Thanh Hai to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television.
