Cambodian Prime Minister sends letter of condolences over damage caused by storm No. 10

Upon hearing that some northern and central provinces of Vietnam were seriously affected by storm Bualoi, on October 3, 2025, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet sent a letter of condolences to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

In his letter of condolence, Prime Minister Hun Manet wrote: “I am deeply saddened to receive news of the heavy losses caused by Typhoon Bualoi in the northern and central provinces of Vietnam, leaving many people dead and missing, many injured, and causing serious property damage.

On behalf of the Government and people of the Kingdom of Cambodia, I would like to send my deepest condolences and most sincere sympathy to the Government and people of Vietnam, and especially to the families of those who have passed away. I also wish the injured a speedy recovery. I believe that under your wise leadership, the resilient Vietnamese people will soon overcome this difficult and challenging period.”
