The Prime Minister requested Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Quang Ngai to focus on supporting people affected by storm No. 13, ensuring accommodation, food, necessities, and restoring educational and medical facilities before November 10.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 212/CD-TTg dated November 7, 2025, directing ministries, branches and localities to focus on overcoming the consequences of storm No. 13. The Prime Minister directed the Chairmen of the People's Committees of Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Quang Ngai provinces to: Organize visits, encourage and implement support policies for families affected by storms and floods; support people to return home if safety is ensured;

Mobilize forces to support people in repairing houses with damaged roofs or storm damage;

Arrange temporary accommodation, support food, drinking water, and necessities for households that have lost their homes. Absolutely do not let any people go hungry, cold, thirsty, homeless, or lack clothing;

Before November 10, complete the repair of educational and medical facilities damaged by storms and floods.../.
