At Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh listened to a number of businesses report on the damage caused by storm No. 13 and proposed a number of recommendations to soon restore production and business of enterprises.
Sharing the heavy losses of businesses, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said the Government has asked the Ministry of Finance to direct the immediate implementation of support policies and timely insurance payments for businesses to restore production and business activities after storms and floods; and directed the State Bank of Vietnam to study preferential credit packages to support people and businesses to overcome the consequences of floods and storms, and restore production and business.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: This is an important time for businesses, we must urgently restore production and business, not let the supply chain and production chain be broken, ensure orders are not delayed, and maintain our reputation with customers. Thereby, we will create jobs and stable income, and take care of the lives of workers in the area. We must be determined and make the greatest effort, the entire political system must consider this a common task, regardless of whether it is a state-owned or private enterprise.

Continue to urgently implement the instructions and telegrams of the Prime Minister, most recently the telegram No. 214/CD-TTg dated November 12, 2025 on urgently collecting statistics, assessing the damage and focusing on quickly overcoming the consequences of storms and floods in the Central region, quickly stabilizing people's lives, restoring production and business.
Party committees, authorities, military forces, police, militia and self-defense forces, and socio-political organizations actively support damaged businesses in cleaning up and repairing damaged factories, warehouses, works, equipment, etc. so that businesses can soon restore production and business.

Many factories in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone were severely damaged.
According to the report of the Economic Zone Management Board, the enterprises in Phu Tai - Long My Industrial Park and Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (areas A and B) suffered the heaviest damage due to storm No. 13. Most of the enterprises had their roofs blown off, some had their factories collapsed. Production materials and finished products were damaged, and the risk of having to pay compensation for orders is quite high.
As of November 12, 90 enterprises in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and the Eastern Industrial Park of Gia Lai province have reported preliminary damage caused by storm No. 13. Currently, enterprises are still focusing on cleaning and repairing, and the specific value of damage cannot be calculated yet.
Particularly in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, up to now, most of the enterprises in the West of the economic zone's axis road have had their power restored. Enterprises are both producing and actively overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, restoring production and business.
