Prime Minister assigns tasks to 3 Deputy Prime Ministers and 2 Ministers

On the evening of August 26, right after General Secretary and President To Lam presented the President's decision to appoint three Deputy Prime Ministers and two Ministers, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a meeting, congratulated and assigned tasks to the personnel.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc, Mr. Bui Thanh Son on their appointment as Deputy Prime Ministers; Mr. Do Duc Duy on his appointment as Minister of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh on his appointment as Minister of Justice .

Emphasizing that this is a great honor and also a heavy responsibility entrusted by the Party and State, the Prime Minister requested to closely follow and seriously implement the direction of General Secretary and President To Lam when handing over the appointment decisions of personnel.

The Prime Minister hopes that the newly appointed personnel will promote their strengths and work experience, "share the same fate and hardships" with the Government to inherit and promote the valuable traditions and experiences, and the great results and achievements of the Government over the years.

Further promote solidarity, unity, discipline, integrity, innovation, and decisive and effective action to excellently complete assigned tasks, especially the goals and tasks set forth by the 13th National Party Congress.

At the same time, always wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland and the people, all for the benefit of the Party, the nation, the people, for the strong and prosperous development of the country, for the happiness and prosperity of the people.

On behalf of the Government, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also congratulated Mr. Tran Luu Quang on being trusted, transferred and assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Head of the Central Economic Commission; at the same time, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of comrade Tran Luu Quang in his position as Deputy Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister hopes that Mr. Tran Luu Quang, in his new position, will continue to coordinate and share with the Government and Government agencies so that the agencies can successfully complete their assigned tasks.
