On the evening of October 24, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the implementation of the 2025 Autumn Fair.
Speaking at the meeting, the Prime Minister acknowledged the efforts and contributions of the units to organize the Autumn Fair - a meaningful event, demonstrating the spirit of deep connection. The fair not only connects people with production and business but also connects the past, present and future; between culture, science and technology and innovation; between regions in the country and between Vietnam and the world. This is also a place to connect joy, happiness and sharing between businesses and people.
“There is not much time left until the opening day, I ask the Organizing Committee and artists to continue to be creative and prepare well to bring an impressive fair, clearly showing Vietnamese culture - rich in national identity, hospitable and peace-loving. Hanoi - the capital of conscience and human values - needs to make efforts to make this event a proud highlight,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
At the same time, the Prime Minister shared that up to now, the preparation work has achieved relatively good results, but I hope that we will continue to innovate, do better, more beautiful and more attractive. The Autumn Fair is not only a commercial activity, but also a symbol of the maturity and growth of the country, the people, the businesses and each Vietnamese person.

Sharing after watching all the performances at the rehearsal, the Prime Minister also acknowledged that the performances at this Autumn Fair were very special, showing the beauty of the three regions of North, Central and South. However, in the context of the country's deep integration, the Organizing Committee needs to pay more attention to international factors. For example, in addition to the presentation in Vietnamese, there should be an English part running parallel so that international friends present at the event can easily follow and understand the content.
Similarly, speeches can be in Vietnamese, but English subtitles should be displayed to demonstrate the spirit of integration, professionalism and friendliness with international friends.
“Regarding presentation images, I see that graphics are being used quite a lot nowadays. Meanwhile, Vietnam has many beautiful natural landscapes, images of people blending with nature, and unique cultural values. Therefore, priority should be given to using real images associated with intangible culture recognized by UNESCO such as Xam singing, Xoan singing, Quan Ho singing, or spirit possession rituals. In addition, it is possible to incorporate images of Vietnamese world cultural celebrities such as Ho Xuan Huong, Hai Thuong Lan Ong, etc. Thus, the images are both vivid, honor national cultural values, and at the same time strongly promote Vietnamese identity to international friends,” Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized.
For Hanoi, the Prime Minister emphasized that the most important requirement is to ensure absolute security, order and safety for the event.
"We need to learn from the recent program "80 Years - Journey of Independence, Freedom, Happiness", where safety work was carried out very well. The concept of "safety" here needs to be understood comprehensively: security, social order, safety for people and tourists, food safety, as well as fire prevention and fighting safety and other public activities. All plans need to be carefully prepared and ready to respond to ensure the event takes place completely, safely and successfully," said the Prime Minister./.
