Welcoming Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Vietnamese delegation at Zhou Shuizi Airport were Vice Governor of Liaoning Province Jin Guowei; Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam Xiong Ba; and Vice Mayor of Dalian City Leng Xuefeng. On the Vietnamese side were Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Sao Mai and embassy staff.
It is expected that within the framework of the WEF Dalian Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend and speak at the Conference sessions; together with WEF Founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab, chair the Dialogue Session with leaders of large WEF corporations; chair the Discussion with innovative enterprises; and have bilateral meetings with leaders of countries, international organizations, and WEF enterprises within the framework of the Conference.
Regarding bilateral activities with China, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will have talks and meetings with senior Chinese leaders; work with a number of large Chinese economic organizations and corporations and meet with officials and staff of Vietnamese representative agencies in China.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's working trip continues to implement the foreign policy in accordance with the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, contributing to deepening the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, building a "Vietnam-China community of shared future of strategic significance" and good cooperative relations between Vietnam and WEF./.
