Implement measures to support students affected by storm No. 3

Accordingly, in recent times, many localities across the country, especially the northern provinces, have suffered heavy losses in property and lives caused by storm No. 3, including students and their families. The Ministry of Education and Training highly values ​​the spirit of mutual love and support, the proactiveness in mobilizing resources, joining hands with the whole country to support compatriots, and support localities to overcome the consequences of storms and floods of higher education institutions and pedagogical colleges.

To continue supporting students affected by storms and floods to stabilize their studies soon, the Ministry of Education and Training recommends that higher education institutions and pedagogical colleges pay attention to and prioritize the allocation of resources to exempt and reduce tuition fees and have financial support policies suitable to each student's circumstances; instruct students to contact local authorities to request confirmation of cases where their families have sudden financial difficulties to apply for credit loans and support for their studies.
