Practice green living, reduce plastic waste

QNgTV- On the morning of October 28, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized a training and propaganda conference on green lifestyle, plastic waste reduction and climate change response by 2025. Attending the training session were representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Department of Agriculture and Environment; representatives of dignitaries, religions and prominent individuals in religions in the province.

At the conference, delegates listened to the reporters present and thoroughly grasp the topics: Promoting the role of religious dignitaries, officials, and monks in mobilizing followers to practice a green lifestyle ; Guidelines for propagating and disseminating Conclusion No. 81 dated June 4, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (11th term) on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system.   and   Special Topic   Promoting the role of religions in the movement to reduce plastic waste and respond to climate change .

Through the conference, the team of dignitaries, officials, monks and followers of religions in the province were equipped with more knowledge and propaganda skills, contributing to spreading an environmentally friendly lifestyle, actively participating in environmental protection movements, reducing plastic waste and adapting to climate change.
