From 2009 to 2018, Mr. Phong actively coordinated to disseminate laws on traffic safety, drug prevention, forest protection and development, and prevention of trafficking of women and children in 53 sessions with 250 participants.

Prestigious people have coordinated with border posts and groups to establish 13 pairs of residential clusters on both sides of the border, organized 45 exchanges between residential clusters on both sides of the border, contributing significantly to building a peaceful, friendly, cooperative and developed border area, and mobilizing people to actively participate in the movement "All people participate in protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security in the new situation".
