The Mexican Food Festival is a special cultural and culinary event to celebrate the rich culinary heritage of the Central American country. Mr. Alejandro Negrin, Ambassador of Mexico to Vietnam, shared at the opening ceremony of the event that the Mexican culinary festival not only honors Mexican cuisine but also serves as a bridge between the cultures of the two countries: Vietnam and Mexico.

"This is a great opportunity for us to introduce the authentic and rich flavors of Mexican cuisine to our Vietnamese friends ," said Mr. Alejandro Negrin.

Coming to the festival, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy a special menu designed exclusively by talented guest chef Gabriela Espinosa and the executive chef of the capital's most luxurious trendy hotel, Mr. Remi Van Peteghem.
