The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee met to listen to a progress report on the implementation of the project "Ninh Thuan Gazetteer" and the photo book of the history of the Provincial Party Committee.

On April 4, Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired a meeting to listen to a progress report on the project "Geography of Ninh Thuan ", the book "Historical events of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee" and the photo book "The Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee - 95 years of construction and development" (1930-2025). Attending the meeting were Comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; representatives of leaders of relevant departments and branches.

According to the Department of Science and Technology, by April 2, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thanh Truong - the host organization and the individual in charge of the project "Ninh Thuan Gazetteer" had implemented 2 contents: General research to build a detailed outline for the entire project and build regulations for compiling Ninh Thuan Gazetteer based on the general principles of the National Gazetteer, completed the products: Regulations for compiling National Gazetteer and building Regulations for compiling Ninh Thuan Gazetteer, Regulations for compiling History Collection (Ninh Thuan Gazetteer), 5 volumes completed sample items and prepared for the Workshop on Building Regulations for Compiling Ninh Thuan Gazetteer. The remaining contents will continue to be implemented in 2024 and 2025, completing the final product to transfer to the publishing house in April 2025; Carry out printing and publishing procedures and expect to deliver books in September 2025.

For the book "Historical events of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee" and the photo book "Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee - 95 years of construction and development" (1930-2025), up to now, the Editorial Board and the Support Team have compiled a list of documents and images; collected documents, resolutions, and minutes of different periods, and decisions approving the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary from 1992 to present; are compiling detailed outlines of the two books (expected to be completed before April 20) to submit to the Steering Committee (SC) to collect comments from the members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee of different periods.

Concluding the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council assessed that the implementation of the project "Ninh Thuan Geographical History", the book "Historical events of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee" and the photo book "Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee - 95 years of construction and development" (1930-2025) has basically met the requirements. He requested that the members of the Steering Committee of the project "Ninh Thuan Geographical History" closely follow the work and give close direction to ensure the set progress. In addition, it is necessary to establish a Zalo group of the Steering Committee to promptly exchange information and resolve difficulties and problems during the implementation process. The Steering Committee members strictly implement the monthly reporting according to the detailed plan framework according to the assigned tasks; timely propose and recommend solutions to difficulties and problems... Regarding the compilation of the book "Historical events of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee" and the photo book "Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee - 95 years of construction and development" (1930-2025), the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested members of the Editorial Board to collect and arrange groups of scientific, synchronous, and quality documents; the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department builds a detailed plan framework, reports on implementation progress to the Steering Committee monthly.
