Ready to handle situations and tasks related to security and order when there are legitimate requests from the people, protecting the safety of festivals, New Year's holidays and cultural and political events in the locality.

Senior Lieutenant Chinh realized that the work of propagating and disseminating the law plays an important role, identifying it as a bridge to bring the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws to all people, contributing to raising awareness, preventing and limiting illegal acts, maintaining security and order, so he built and implemented the initiative "Improving the quality of propaganda and legaleducation ".

Implementing the initiative, he participated in 102 propaganda sessions on traffic safety and order at schools and self-governing groups in the area with 36,520 participants. He also deployed the "Mobile propaganda" model - proactively compiling and recording 32 propaganda articles on traffic law and preventing the harmful effects of alcohol and beer to be broadcast on mobile in densely populated areas.

In addition, he proactively advised on developing a plan to propagate and educate individual youth at risk of violating the law in the district (from 2023 to 2025, he participated in coordinating education and reminding 302 subjects); organized 89 vehicle owners and 85 drivers of passenger transport businesses in the district to commit to complying with traffic laws.

Mr. Chinh also advised the District Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union of the district to coordinate with the Traffic Safety Committee to organize the "Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival and thematic activities "Traffic safety, security and order, social evils, building beautiful friendships - say no to school violence".

In his report on achievements, Senior Lieutenant Chinh said: "Diversifying and innovating the forms and contents of propaganda activities has contributed to raising awareness, respect and voluntary compliance with the law among local people. In particular, propaganda on traffic laws plays an important role in forming a traffic culture, raising awareness and safe driving skills of traffic participants. As Deputy Secretary of the District Police Youth Union and Vice President of the District Vietnam Youth Union, Senior Lieutenant Chinh performed well the role of advising the District Police Party Committee and Command to carry out campaigns and emulation movements, organize practical revolutionary action movements, promote the pioneering, proactive and volunteering spirit of the Youth Union members in performing professional tasks at the unit.

He also mobilizes and coordinates to organize well social security activities such as: registering to support 2 heroic Vietnamese mothers; donating 500 notebooks, 6 million VND, and many school supplies to students in difficult circumstances at primary and secondary schools...

With his outstanding achievements, he has received many titles and certificates of merit from the People's Public Security, Central Youth Union, Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee.
