Nui Thanh launches Action Month for Children 2025

(QNO) - On the morning of May 29, in the mountainous commune of Tam Thanh, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district held a launching ceremony for the Month of Action for Children 2025 with the theme "Prioritizing resources to complete goals for children".

According to Mr. Ngo Duc An - Vice Chairman of Nui Thanh District People's Committee, in recent years, the district has done a good job of taking care of children. During the Action Month for Children 2025, the district requested all levels, sectors, social organizations and localities to increase propaganda and dissemination of the Law on Children and related documents; organize forums, programs and activities for children.

Strengtheningeducation activities on life skills and self-protection skills for children; stepping up inspection, supervision and guidance on the implementation of legal documents on children. Continuing to socialize the work of protecting and caring for children; promptly praising and rewarding organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of protecting and caring for children.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district presented 50 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to children in difficult circumstances and 25 bicycles to children in special circumstances. The district also presented scholarships worth 40 million VND to children in Tam Tra and Tam Son communes (20 million VND each).
