Supporting poor, studious students in Binh Dinh to go to school

(NLDO) – Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper has awarded 50 scholarships (1 million VND/scholarship) to poor and studious students in Phu My district, Binh Dinh province.

On the morning of May 30, the Phu My District Association for the Promotion of Education, Binh Dinh Province held a ceremony to commend and award the "Phu My Award" and grant scholarships for promoting education and talents in 2025.

Phu My district leaders award prizes to students

At the program, Phu My District Association for Promotion of Education awarded prizes and scholarships totaling more than 200 million VND to hundreds of local students with excellent academic achievements.

On this occasion, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper awarded 50 scholarships (VND 1 million/scholarship) to poor but studious students in Phu My district. These scholarships were taken from the program "Scholarship to support ethnic minority and poor students" managed by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

Expressing his thanks to the Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Do Duc Long, Chairman of the Phu My District Association for the Promotion of Education, expressed: "Hopefully in the future, the newspaper will dedicate more meaningful programs like this to help disadvantaged children across the country confidently go to school."

The Phu My District Association in Ho Chi Minh City donated 100 million VND and the Phu My District Association in Dak Lak province donated 15 million VND to poor but studious students in Phu My District.
