Initial information, at around 4 pm this afternoon, a local resident was working near Binh Chau gas station, in Sa Ky port area, when he discovered a young man struggling in the middle of the water. People in the port area shouted, 2 nearby boats rushed to rescue but when they approached, the young man was missing. The search team only found the young man's helmet. The identity of the missing victim has not been determined. The rescue team is continuing to search for the victim.
