On the morning of November 3, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh received the delegation of the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group to visit and present funds to support Quang Ngai in overcoming floods. Also attending were Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ngo Van Trong; leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh gave an overview of the damage caused by the flood in the province. Provincial leaders directed working groups to go directly to the grassroots to grasp the damage situation, visit and encourage people. Implement initial support solutions for people in a timely, practical and effective manner.
